1. Describe the product accurately
Include dimensions and tolerances, weight, drawings where available and clear photographs. Identify fragile areas, cosmetic surfaces and any component that must not carry load.
2. Explain the packaging system
Show the outer carton or retail box, the number of units per pack, the intended orientation and how the product is loaded and removed.
3. Define the commercial requirements
Share the initial order quantity, expected repeat demand, destination market and launch date. Separate the sample deadline from the required production delivery date.
4. State the evidence you need
Describe any required material documentation, appearance standards or tests. Avoid relying on a generic material name to establish food-contact, compostability or recycling claims.
5. Agree on the next decision
Use the proposed structure and physical sample to align the specification before production. At Hosen, the minimum order is 3,000 pieces and typical sampling is approximately 15 days, with the final schedule confirmed per project.
