A step-by-step development process

01 / Product brief

Share the product size and weight, drawings or samples, fragile areas, order quantity and destination market.

02 / Design review

Discuss the cavity layout, fiber options, forming route, appearance and compatibility with the outer packaging.

03 / Sampling

Review a physical sample for fit and presentation. The typical sampling period is 15 days; confirm the schedule for your project.

04 / Pack validation

Check assembly, product retention and handling. Agree on any required transport or application-specific tests.

05 / Approval

Confirm the sample, specification, inspection criteria and commercial details before production.

06 / Production planning

Align quantity, packing method and delivery requirements. Production timing is quoted separately from sampling.

Send a useful packaging brief

  • Product drawing or dimensions (length × width × height) and weight
  • Photos, component list and fragile or cosmetic surfaces
  • Current packaging and what you want to improve
  • Quantity per order and estimated annual demand
  • Destination country and distribution route
  • Target appearance, required tests and launch schedule
Minimum order: 3,000 pieces. Tooling, material requirements and final pricing depend on the approved specification.
