If you contact us by email, we also receive the information and any attachments you send. Our team in China receives and handles your enquiry. This website uses WordPress, Hostinger hosting and Contact Form 7 to deliver enquiries to our company mailbox. Hosting, email and technical support providers process information as needed to operate those services. Information may be processed outside your country, including in China. Contact us for information about the providers and arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
We do not sell enquiry contact details. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Retention
Our retention policy for enquiries that do not result in an order is 24 months after the last contact. Order, contract, accounting and dispute records may need to be retained for a different period according to the transaction and applicable requirements. Service logs and backup copies follow provider retention and recovery cycles; they may not be removed immediately when an active record is deleted.
